SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Shipping Policy

All orders are built to order in 1-8 weeks. Check each listing for the individual lead times. Allow an additional week for shipping. 

 

All displays and units under 150lbs will ship via USPS or UPS.

All large consoles and cabinets will ship via a freight service.

White glove delivery is available- reach out for details.

We crate all consoles and cabinets.

Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However if you are are not completely satisfied please reach out and we will be happy to assist with an exchange or store credit. 
Return Process

All items must be postmarked within 7 days of receipt. All items must be in new and unused condition. To return and item, please email customer service at hifiwoodworks@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After recieving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and apply the return label. Return label will be provided by Hifi Woodworks via email. 
Refund
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of the item, we will process your credit or exchange. Please allow up to 30 days for exchanges to ship. We will notify you via email when your item has been received and processed. 
Exceptions
For defective or damaged products, please contact us to arrange a refund or exchange. 
Please Note:
-Select items are final sale and cannot be returned
-Products must be packaged as they arrived. Any damages upon return will nullify return agreement
